1) Do you follow proper hygiene procedures?
For your safety, all tools and equipment are properly disinfection and sanitized prior to every client service.
2) Do you offer a money back guaranty?
Absolutely! Nilin needs your repeat business and referrals to become successful. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you will not be charged. In the event a problem develops after we leave, call us within 7 days. Nilin will provide the same service at no charge.
3) Do you have a Florida license?
Yes, all our nail technicians have a valid Florida Nail Technician license.
4) How do you function in my home?
We suggest a well lite room or a cool, shaded spot on patio. A cover is placed over your table to protect the finish. When required, Nilin has a portable table and chairs in her vehicle.
5) What color of nail polish do you offer?
We carry a complete palette of colors or we can use the color you provide.
6) How can I pay for services?
We currently only accept cash, checks and Zelle. Remember, payment is not required if you are not satisfied.
7) What are your hours of operation?
Nilin Washio is currently employed at Morikami Park Elementary School until 3 PM week days. She available afternoons, evenings and weekends.
8) Does MaxVa provide nail care for men?
Yes, in the company of a wife or another woman. We appreciate your understanding.
9) Do you service Assisted Living Facilities?
Yes, we adjust our rates to earn your business.
