1) Do you offer a money back guaranty?
Absolutely! Nilin needs your repeat business and referrals to become successful. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you will not be charged. In the event a problem develops after we leave, call us within 7 days. Nilin will provide the same service at no charge.
2) How do you function in my home?
We suggest a well lite room or a cool, shaded spot on patio. A cover is placed over your table to protect the finish. When required, Nilin has a portable table and chairs in her vehicle.
3) What color of nail polish do you offer?
We carry a complete palette of colors or we can use the color you provide.
4) How can I pay for services?
We currently only accept cash, checks and Zelle.
5) What are your hours of operation?
Nilin Washio is currently employed at Morikami Park Elementary School until 3 PM week days. She available afternoons, evenings and weekends.
6) Does MaxVa provide nail care for men?
No. Nilin only services women at this time. Nail care for men will be added later.
